We're Hiring: Main Component Exchange Technicians

📍 Locations: Finland, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands
🔧 Project Type: Main Component Exchange (MCE)
📅 Start Date: Various – Based on Project Requirements
🔁 Rotation: Mostly 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
💼 Contract Type: Long-Term Cooperation

We are looking for experienced and reliable Main Component Exchange Technicians to join our dynamic team working across multiple onshore wind projects in Europe. If you have a solid background in Top Team Installation and Main Component Exchanges, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

✅ GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) & Basic Technical Training (BTT)
✅ Valid GWO certificates and medical
✅ Experience with Main Component Exchange
✅ Proven Top Team Installation background
✅ SGTT Classroom + E-Learnings (nice to have)
✅ EU work eligibility (must-have)
