Offshore Department
Our Offshore team focuses on offshore pre-assembly projects, with a strong track record across the UK, Europe, and South Korea. In 2025, we’re leading a large preassembly project in the UK and launching our first project in the USA in the spring. More projects across Europe will follow later in the year.
Technician Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: Siemens pre-assembly
- Entry-Level: Trained mechanical background or time-served electricians
Required Training:
- GWO BST
- Slinger Signaller
- BTT
- CCNSG
- SGTT

Onshore Department
The Onshore team manages installations throughout Germany, Sweden, Lithuania, and Belgium. In 2025, we further expanded our footprint in Germany and Sweden and began working with our fourth client, SGRE—a significant milestone for our business.
Technician Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: Vestas, Enercon, Nordex or Siemens installation
- Entry-Level: Mechanical backgrounds or qualified electricians
Required Training:
- GWO BST + BTT
- OEM-specific certifications (Vestas/Enercon/Nordex) or SGTT packages

Major Component Exchange (MCE) Department
Our MCE team specializes in the replacement and maintenance of core wind turbine components—gearboxes, generators, rotors, and control systems. Currently, our work is focused in Europe, with projects in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, and Greece, partnering with Vestas, SGRE, Nordex, and Liftra.
Requirements vary dependent on the manufacturer but we generally prioritise technicians with previous MCE experience, strong installation or heavy lift background.

EHV Department
The EHV (Electrical & High Voltage) department delivers a wide range of services — HV servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and installation — across onshore and offshore sites globally. In 2025, we’re expanding even further into international markets.
Technician Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: HV work with Vestas or Siemens Gamesa
- Entry-Level: At least one year of WTG experience with an electrical diploma
Required Training:
- SGRE 66KV, SGRE 33KV
- NXplus, Weiz Modules 1–5, 8VM1
- Vestas ESQ, LOTO, and BTO
